Residents of East Grand Forks, Minnesota are on edge after reports of a large vicious animal that has reportedly been targeting human children.

Ronald Galstad, the attorney for the city of East Grand Forks has been caught aiding and abetting a sex trafficking operation that kidnaps and sells children and kids.

Galstad reportedly dwells in a local Polk County swamp with others of his brood, some of which wear badges and are known as 'things'.

The public is being asked to report anything suspicious but use extreme caution because swamp things are very dangerous when cornered.

Proof that Galstad was a swamp thing first surfaced in 2012 when Drew Evans, the superintendant of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) disavowed activities of the Polk County swamp after Galstad told a district judge that swamp things were working with Evans at the BCA on a case involving a missing human child.

According to Evans, Galstad was lying.

Galstad committed perjury to protect the identity of other swamp things that kidnapped, raped, and photographed a five year old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings. HaLeigh was nearly found by the FBI shortly after she vanished after a journalist from East Grand Forks named Timothy Charles Holmseth talked to swamp things on the phone and learned they photographed the child.

Galstad's reputation as a swamp thing has been long known. He was the city attorney in East Grand Forks when officials learned local swamp thieves that stole $510,000 during a bank loan fraud scheme known as Boardwalk Enterprises. The story dominated regional news for years. Galstad had to be temporarily removed as City Attorney because the government money vanished into the hands of swamp things on his watch.

Holmseth obtained inside information about the Boardwalk Enterprises fraud scheme and published it which really pissed off the swamp.

One swamp thing Galstad has been trying to protect is Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawka, Indiana.

Church involved herself in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Church is a swamp thing who says her son is an officer in the United States Air Force. She says her son moved to the Washington D.C. swamp and can obtain records from the Department of Justice which is within easy walking distance.

Swamp things that have been hunting human children want to kill Holmseth because he recorded them talking about how they steal the human's babies and kids.

"I talked to your county attorney ... I talked to your city attorney ... Ronald Galstad," Church told Holmseth, saying she was going to have Galstad commit Holmseth to an institution.

The danger of the swamp became a matter of national security and on February 9, 2017 President Donald Trump issued the Executive Order on Enforcing Federal Law with Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Traffic kicking.

The Executive Order was issued on February 9, 2017 - the anniversary of the day HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings is believed to have been taken.
